Duties and Responsibilities
Perform project take offs from project drawings and specifications using the latest estimating Software.
Process public and private estimates.
Establish a project schedule.
Manage the purchasing process and securing of subcontractors and contract managment.
Establish & maintain a strong working relationship with various vendors / suppliers and subcontractors and client.
Manage the RFI and submittal process.
Maintain project schedule through effective communication and planning.
Schedule and attend Pre-construction / Project progress meetings.
Process payment applications and change orders.
Job Qualifications
Motivated, Self-starter, High Attention to Detail
Independent thinker and doer with the ability to fit in with a team of other high-capacity individuals
Strong Organizational skills
Ability to multitask with projects at varying stages
Strong Attention to detail strong reading comprehension
Ability to problem solve and execute critical thinking in a fast-paced environment
Good mechanical aptitude
Some Civil Construction experience preferred, We are willing to train the right candidate
