Construction Project Manager

Job Overview

Construction Project Manager needed for busy custom home builder in Northwest Wisconsin.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the construction of 5-7 homes/jobs at a time. We use BuilderTrend project management software, and we have a full range of support staff, including estimator, draftsman, accountant, and selections coordinator to help the Project Manager manage the projects.

We have local housing available for rent along with relocation assistance if needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and coordination.

• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers, managing contracts and ensuring compliance with specifications.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

• Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of project plans.

• Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential construction project management

• Proficiency in construction management software

• Strong project scheduling and coordination skills

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Knowledge of construction estimating and contract management

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Familiarity with BuilderTrend is a plus
