We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks relating to new residential construction and a passion for quality craftsmanship. Competitive pay based on experience level.
The Carpenter will be responsible for executing plans and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. Our work is primarily new custom lake homes in the Hayward, WI and surrounding area. Tools are provided.
Job Qualifications
2+ years of carpentry experience required
Proficient in hand tools and power tools for carpentry tasks
Strong knowledge of construction techniques and residential construction practices from ground up
Experience in blueprint reading and construction site operations
Skilled in trim and frame carpentry
Prioritizing quality and ensuring reliability are essential
