Owning projects from contract to completion
Maintaining schedules and holding trades accountable
Managing job budgets and protecting margins
Tracking job costs weekly (not at the end when it’s too late)
Leading client communication with confidence and clarity
Solving problems before they become delays or cost overruns
Delivering clean, organized, and professional job sites
Job Qualifications
3+ years managing residential construction projects
Someone who takes ownership instead of making excuses
Strong understanding of job costing and budgets
Ability to manage multiple jobs without losing control
Organized, decisive, and proactive
Comfortable holding subcontractors accountable
