Job Overview

Busy Commercial Contractor seeking a jack of all trades Construction Technician. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience is preferred. Must have reliable transportation and a clean and Valid NY State Driver's License. We service Nassau and Suffolk.. We offer the following services and prefer if you have prior experience:

• General Carpentry from minor wall patching to full drywall build outs

• Commercial Carpentry from doors that don't close correctly to complete welding services

• Electrical from outlet installations to installing switch gears

• Plumbing from fixing leaking toilets to complete water and gas service upgrades

• HVAC from adjusting airflow to rooftop unit replacements

• Bathroom Renovations from bathroom partitions to appliances and fixtures

• Parking Lot Maintenance from line striping and pot hole repairs to sweeping and curb repairs

• Concrete & Masonry from crack repairs and grinding concrete smooth to removing and pouring new slabs

• Flooring from striping and waxing to carpeting and hardwood floor installations

• Board Up & Glass Services

• Emergency Response Services 24/7/365

Job Qualifications

• Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

• Masonry/Concrete: 1 year (preferred)

• Electrical: 1 year (preferred)

• Finishing: 1 year (preferred)

• Asphalt: 1 year (preferred)

• HVAC: 1 year (preferred)

• Framing: 1 year (preferred)

• Glass: 1 year (preferred)

• Doors/ Windows: 1 year (preferred)

• English language (required)

• NY State Driver's License (required)

• OSHA 10 (preferred)

• OSHA 30 (preferred)
