Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team. This position will oversee our own crews, materials procurement, scheduling and customer relations. The right candidate should have previous construction experience or training. Commercial and/or Residential experience and Concrete knowledge preferred along with good computer and mathematical skills. Attention to detail and ability to be accountable for ones work is a must. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily construction activities, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion

  • Liaise effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues promptly

  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update project documentation regularly

  • Assist in procurement processes by reviewing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment

  • Conduct site inspections to verify safety compliance, quality standards, and adherence to specifications

  • Support the preparation of progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation

  • Facilitate problem-solving efforts on-site to address unforeseen challenges swiftly and efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction coordination or project management within the construction industry

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards

  • Ability to read blueprints, schedules, and technical documents with accuracy

  • Proficiency in construction management software or relevant digital tools is preferred

  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail
