Construction Project Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling and construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
This individual will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, maintaining project budgets, ensuring quality control, and delivering an outstanding experience for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain project schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
Conduct regular site visits and project meetings
Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
Client Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction
Provide regular project updates
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Quality Control
Inspect work throughout all phases of construction
Ensure projects meet company quality standards
Verify compliance with building codes and safety requirements
Manage punch lists and project closeout
Financial Oversight
Review project costs and budgets
Approve material orders and subcontractor invoices
Track change orders and project profitability
Assist with estimating and scope reviews when needed
Job Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of residential construction project management experience
Strong understanding of residential remodeling and construction practices
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Experience managing subcontractors and trade schedules
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficiency with computers and project management software
Preferred
Experience with kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and custom homes
Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management software
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
