Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

  • and communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients

  • Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure adherence to budget and timeline

  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts

  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, monitor progress, and address any issues or concerns

  • Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and senior management

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in construction management or a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

  • Proficient in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera) and construction management software (e.g., ProCore)

  • Familiarity with construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam) is a plus

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
