Construction Manager
Job Overview
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
and communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure adherence to budget and timeline
Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, monitor progress, and address any issues or concerns
Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and senior management

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Proficient in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera) and construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
Familiarity with construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam) is a plus
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
