Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site

• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations

• Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary

• Collaborate with project managers to develop work schedules and allocate resources

• Provide guidance and training to construction workers

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards

• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage

• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients

Job Qualifications

• Blueprint reading, Construction management, ProCore, OSHA

• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
