Line of Art Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Outdoor Construction Foreman / Skilled Construction Worker to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality outdoor construction projects throughout Southern California. We're looking for someone who can work independently, lead a crew when needed, and produce high-quality work.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Concrete forming, preparation, pouring, and finishing

• Paver installation (driveways, patios, walkways)

• Block wall construction

• Retaining wall installation

• Artificial turf installation

• Drainage systems

• Excavation and grading

• Outdoor living construction including patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and related projects

• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

• Operate construction equipment and power tools safely

• Drive company trucks and tow trailers to and from job sites

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor construction

• Strong experience with concrete, pavers, and masonry

• Experience building block walls and retaining walls

• Ability to read and understand construction plans

• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other construction equipment is a plus

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record

• Must be comfortable driving a truck with a trailer

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Crew leadership or foreman experience

• Experience with irrigation, drainage, or grading

• OSHA certification is a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
