Honey Bucket is looking for an Area Manager to lead daily operations, develop teams, and drive performance across safety, quality, and efficiency.
This role combines office-based leadership with field presence to support teams and operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable for performance
Oversee daily routing, service delivery, and yard operations
Ensure safety, compliance, and company standards are followed
Solve problems quickly—staffing, routes, customer issues
Use systems and data to manage productivity and improve operations
Support hiring, training, and employee development
Job Qualifications
Experience leading teams in operations, logistics, construction, or service
Strong accountability and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-moving environment
Experience with safety/compliance (DOT preferred)
Organized, systems-driven, and comfortable with technology (Excel, routing systems, etc.)
Clear, direct communicator who can lead from the front
Physical Requirements
Office-based with regular time in the yard and field
Fast-paced with shifting priorities and constant problem-solving
Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for early mornings, extended hours, and occasional weekends
Benefits and Perks
Full-time, year-round work with some weekends and evenings required.
Annual Starting pay: $77,060 - $84,770 (DOE)
Schedule: TBD (will be discussed during interview)
