D&S Properties LLC Construction and Remodeling was founded by Derrick Brown, who brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. What started as a drive to build things the right way has grown into a full-service residential construction and remodeling company serving Northeast Oklahoma, the Grand Lake area, and surrounding communities.
D&S Properties offers a wide range of services to homeowners across the region, including new home construction, room additions, complete home remodeling, concrete work, custom decks and railing, patio covers, pergolas, and much more.
